Most of what we make can be changed, and some of what we make started as somebody's sketch.
What you can change on an existing piece
- The stone — lab-grown diamond or moissanite, any carat we can source
- The shape — round, oval, pear, emerald, cushion, heart and others
- The setting — solitaire, halo, hidden halo, three-stone, bezel
- The metal — 925 sterling in white, yellow or rose, or gold vermeil
- The band — plain, pavé, width, profile
- Engraving — inside the band, up to [[X]] characters
Starting from nothing
A sketch, a screenshot, a photograph of something inherited. Send whatever you have. We will come back with [[a rendering / a CAD preview]] and a price before anything is made.
How it runs
- Tell us what you are after. Use the form below or WhatsApp us. A rough budget helps more than it sounds — it saves us both showing you the wrong things.
- We come back within [[X working days]] with options and a firm price.
- You approve [[the design / the rendering]]. Nothing is made until you say yes.
- We make it in [[X–Y working days]] and ship it insured.
What it costs
[[Be specific. Is there a design fee? Is it refundable against the order? Is there a minimum spend? A custom page with no price signal at all makes people assume the worst and leave.]]
One thing to know first
Custom pieces cannot be returned — they are made to your specification and cannot be resold. We confirm every detail in writing before we start, precisely because of that.
