Book an Appointment
Choosing a piece at this price from photographs is a lot to ask. Book thirty minutes with someone who knows the catalogue and see it properly.
How it works
- Pick a time below
- We send a video call link — [[Google Meet / Zoom / WhatsApp video]]
- On the call we show you pieces on camera, compare stones and shapes, and answer whatever you want to ask
What we can cover
- Seeing a piece at real scale, on a hand, in normal light
- Lab-grown against moissanite, side by side
- Which shape suits the hand and the budget
- Sizing, if you are buying a surprise
- Customising something that is not on the site
What it costs
Nothing, and there is nothing to buy at the end of it. If the answer is "not yet", that is a fine answer.
Book a time
[[Embed a real booking tool — Calendly, Zoho Bookings or Shopify's own appointment app. If none is set up yet, an honest interim is: "Email care@shinelabb.com or WhatsApp us on [[number]] with two or three times that suit you and we will confirm within a working day." That is far better than a 404, and better than a contact form that does not say when you will reply.]]
